Baptist Jackson (FBCJ) was proud to host the 24nd annual
Run for the Son in August 2010. In addition to having fun,
meeting great people, and staying physically fit, all proceeds
from Run
for the Son go to Mission First. This non-profit organization
operates the West Park Community center which offers legal,
medical, dental aid; health and fitness programs, after
school programs; tutoring; mentoring; sports teams; music;
art; and drama; as well as an emergency response team to
meet disaster related needs in the Jackson Metro area.
